CIFAL BILBAO signs protocols with coordinators of regional nodes

The training centre for local authorities CIFAL BILBAO has signed a series of protocols for joint activity with the regional nodes of connection in new information technologies from Sao Paolo (Brazil), the region of Dakar (Senegal) and the European Regional Information Society Association (ERISA). These protocols govern areas of activity in the World Network of Regions of the Information Society.
