The Basque Parliament coordinates plans regarding electronic democracy in Europe
The chamber of Vitoria is channelling initiatives through the IT4ALL network
The Basque Parliament has taken charge of coordinating all projects related to electronic democracy and new technologies which may emerge from the regional assemblies of Europe. The chamber presided over by Juan María Atutxa is channelling these initiatives through the IT4ALL network. Furthermore, it is responsible for stimulating debates and promoting projects and all types of activity which may increase citizens’ participation in society and through new technologies.
