CIFAL BILBAO
CIFAL-Bilbao implements, along with UNITAR, the international project for capacity development and training for the local authorities of the world in the area of the Information Society.

Network of Local Authorities for the Information Society
The network is a valid instrument to guarantee the effective cooperation between local authorities to access Information Society. It is coordinated from the Centre CIFAL BILBAO, assigned to the CIFAL Programme.

World Summit on Information Society(WSIS)
The second phase will take place in Tunis hosted by the Government of Tunisia, from 16 to 18 November 2005.
