The Honorary Committee of the “II World Summit of Cities and Local Authorities on the Information Society” is presided over by H.M. Juan Carlos I and it is composed of regional presidents, mayors and elected representatives, presidents of networks of cities and regions, and representatives of international organisations who are supporting the Bilbao Summit.
